• Temp-to-Hire Opportunity → Earn $18.00–$21.50/hr when hired permanently

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor slitter machines for smooth production
• Track production data with accuracy
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Handle materials from raw rolls to finished products
• Label and manage recyclable and waste materials
• Ensure top-tier quality and production standards

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance and work ethic
• Team-first mindset
• Flexibility for overtime when needed

✅ Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 1 year manufacturing experience (printing experience a plus)
