At Freedom Outdoors, the Warehouse Associate plays an important role in keeping our store operations running smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented team member who takes pride in maintaining an accurate and well-organized warehouse.
This position is responsible for receiving and processing shipments, preparing outgoing orders and transfers, organizing and maintaining inventory, merchandising products, and supporting the sales floor as needed. The Warehouse Associate will work with firearms, ammunition, and related accessories, making accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail especially important.
The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, follow established procedures, and communicate effectively with the rest of the team. This role requires strict adherence to company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as Freedom Outdoors’ safety and inventory-control procedures.

Qualifications:- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to being a dependable member of the team.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly when handling inventory and documentation.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow established procedures, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing positively as part of a team.
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties as needed.
- Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and related products is preferred but not required.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory and follow all company safety procedures and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the handling, storage, and transfer of firearms and ammunition.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
