This position offers the opportunity to learn every aspect of our retail store and indoor shooting range while building valuable customer service and firearms industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer with friendly, professional service.
- Assist customers in finding the right products and making informed purchasing decisions.
- Build customer relationships by creating and updating customer profiles.
- Inform customers about memberships, promotions, classes, and special events.
- Process retail sales accurately and efficiently.
- Serve as a Range Safety Officer (training provided).
- Rent range lanes and assist customers with ammunition, targets, rentals, and range accessories.
- Work alongside your teammates to create an outstanding customer experience every day.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Firearm knowledge is a plus but not required.
Availability Requirements
- Open availability Monday through Sunday between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Must be available to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.
- Holiday availability is required.
- Typical schedules range from 15–30 hours per week, based on business needs.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely perform Range Safety Officer duties after training.
