Freedom Outdoors is looking for motivated team members with open weekday availability who enjoy working with people and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with friendly, professional service.
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
- Create and update customer profiles.
- Inform customers about promotions, memberships, and special events.
- Process retail transactions accurately.
- Serve as a Range Safety Officer (training provided).
- Rent range lanes and assist customers with targets, ammunition, rentals, and accessories.
- Work with teammates to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Firearm knowledge preferred but not required.
Availability Requirements
- Open availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Must be available to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.
- Holiday availability is required.
- Occasional weekend availability is a plus.
- Typical schedules range from 15–30 hours per week, based on business needs
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely perform Range Safety Officer duties after training.
