Freedom Outdoors is seeking energetic, dependable team members who enjoy working evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail and shooting sports environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with friendly, professional service.
- Assist customers in finding products and making informed purchasing decisions.
- Process retail transactions accurately.
- Inform customers about memberships, promotions, and special events.
- Serve as a Range Safety Officer (training provided).
- Rent range lanes and assist customers with ammunition, targets, rentals, and accessories.
- Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Dependable attendance.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Firearm knowledge is a plus but not required.
Availability Requirements
- Must be available to work evenings during the week and both Saturdays and Sundays.
- Must be available for afternoon, evening, and closing shifts.
- Holiday availability is required.
- Ideal for students, those with daytime jobs, or anyone seeking evening and weekend hours.
- Typical schedules range from 15–30 hours per week, based on business needs
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely perform Range Safety Officer duties after training.
