What you'll do:

What you'll do:
- Remove and install the interior, including carpeting, padding, plastic panels, trim, fabric accessories, etc. using hand tools according to Freedom Motors procedures under minimal supervision.
- Assemble and install automotive seats.
- Perform troubleshooting of equipment as needed.
- Modify plastic panels as needed. Connect and reinstall.
- Operate and troubleshoot interior/electrical systems.
- Use hand tools including, but not limited to, impact drivers, hand drills, band saws, etc.
- Assist other areas as needed.
- Coursework beyond High School Diploma preferred.
- Labor experience with carpentry, finishing experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to accurately use a tape measure and read and interpret blueprints.
- Demonstrated initiative, willingness to take on greater challenges, and high self-motivation.
- Ability to use hand-tools including, but not limited to, grinder, body saw, impact drivers, hand drills, etc.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong time-management skills, attention to detail, trouble-shooting skills, and pride in craftsmanship.
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
- Outstanding attendance record and reliability.
