Location: Battle Creek, MI
Schedule: 2nd Shift, 3:00PM–11:00PM
Reports to: Molding Supervisor
Compensation: $23.16/hour (experience-based) $2.00 shift premium

Your Mission
- Champion a zero-injury culture by modeling and enforcing all safety rules
- Onboard and develop associates with clear orientation and hands-on training
- Verify part quality to standard; escalate and resolve issues quickly with the team
- Execute machine changeovers and complete preventative maintenance tasks
- Maintain material discipline—identify types and uphold the Kanban system
- Own the paperwork, required training, and sustain world-class order through 5S
- Safety-first mindset with strict adherence to safety rules and regulations
- High School Diploma or GED, plus 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Precision, follow-through, and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Basic Computer Skills
