Role Description The Commercial Real Estate Processor is a full-time, on-site role based in Alamo, TX. This position is responsible for processing commercial real estate loan files from application through closing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing loan documents, gathering and verifying financial and property information, coordinating with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and attorneys, and tracking key dates and conditions. The role also involves maintaining organized loan files, updating loan processing systems, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting timely and efficient loan closings. The Commercial Real Estate Processor contributes to a positive customer experience by providing clear communication, professional service, and proactive follow-up.
Qualifications
