Role Description The Commercial Real Estate Loan Processor at Freedom Bank is a full-time, on-site role based in Alamo, TX. This role is responsible for processing commercial real estate loan applications from initial intake through closing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing loan documentation, coordinating with loan officers, customers, and third parties, ordering and tracking appraisals and title work, and preparing files for underwriting and closing. The Loan Processor will maintain detailed records in loan processing systems, follow up on outstanding items, and communicate status updates clearly and professionally.
