What You’ll Do:
- Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
- Follow strict sterile technique, standard precautions, and infection control guidelines
- Prepare and distribute instrument trays and supplies to the operating room
- Monitor sterilization processes, including biological and chemical indicators
- Maintain inventory, restock supplies, and ensure equipment readiness
- Identify and remove damaged or malfunctioning equipment
- Assist with operating room turnover between cases
- Support a clean, safe, and organized clinical and sterile processing environment
- Document activities accurately according to policy
- Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care and workflow

Qualifications:
- Sterile Processing certification (CSPDT) or Surgical Technology certification (CST/CORT)
- 1 year of experience in sterile processing or surgical setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
