What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will:
- Become a trusted resource for reporting, analysis, and client‑service coordination.
- Deliver accurate, timely reporting with minimal oversight.
- Improve visibility into client priorities, liquidity needs, and financial workflows.
- Demonstrate readiness for expanded analytical and relationship‑management responsibilities.
Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in public accounting, private accounting, FP&A, wealth management, or financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and foundational investment concepts.
- High proficiency in Excel; familiarity with accounting or portfolio reporting systems is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
- Professional polish, discretion, and comfort handling sensitive information.
- A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong work ethic for excellent career growth - this is not a 9-5 position
Work Environment
- Onsite role based in Las Vegas.
- Small, collaborative team with direct exposure to senior leadership.
- Note that this is an incredible opportunity to learn and grow but it is also a time commitment. The team tends to work from 8/8:30am - 7/7:30pm each day - better hours than investment banking but not a 40hr work week. This is a rare opportunity to work with the best of best talent in-person but it is a grind and not for everyone. Successful candidates will be hungry to invest time early in their career.
