Controller

We’re seeking a Controller to lead financial strategy, oversee all accounting operations, and strengthen organizational performance. This role partners with executive leadership to drive profitability, enhance financial controls, and support scalable growth.

What you’ll lead:

• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow strategy

• Month-end close, AP/AR, GL, and compliance

• Internal controls, financial reporting, and risk assessment

• Payroll, compensation structures, and ERP optimization

• KPI tracking, cost savings, and process improvements

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred

• 15 years of progressive financial leadership

• Strong ERP experience, implementation background preferred

• Proven success improving financial processes and accuracy
