About the Opportunity
Our client is a rapidly growing, private equity-backed SaaS organization seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Executive Officer, providing high-level administrative and strategic support in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Location: Milton, GA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (minimum of 4 days per week onsite)
What You'll Do
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll act as the CEO's trusted right hand, ensuring priorities stay organized and the executive office operates efficiently. You'll manage complex scheduling, executive communications, travel logistics, Board support, and other high-impact administrative functions while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, balancing competing priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and expense reporting.
- Serve as a primary liaison between the CEO, executive leadership, Board members, investors, and external business partners.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread executive communications, presentations, reports, and Board materials.
- Coordinate Board of Directors meetings and executive leadership meetings, including agendas, meeting logistics, materials, and meeting minutes.
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with sound judgment and discretion.
- Organize executive offsites, leadership meetings, and company events.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative requests.
- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for meetings, presentations, and speaking engagements.
- Track follow-up items and ensure key initiatives and action items remain on schedule.
- Partner closely with other executive support professionals across the organization.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems before they arise.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 years supporting C-suite executives, preferably a CEO.
- Experience within a SaaS, technology, software, or private equity-backed organization strongly preferred.
- Exceptional calendar management and executive scheduling experience.
- Advanced travel coordination experience, including domestic and international travel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong relationships with executive leadership, Board members, and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- Notary Public certification is a plus.
