Frederick Fox (Los Angeles) is hiring an Senior Accounts Payable Specialist in north Los Angeles.

Job Title: Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Reports To: Accounts Manager

Office Location: Calabasas, CA

Worksite Type: On-site

Schedule: Flexible start time; normal hours are 9am to 5:30pm

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 base

Looking for candidates with:

• 4-5 years in accounts payable processing vendor invoices
• High volume experience (500 invoices weekly) in a multi-multi environment
• Accurately allocate expenses among multiple entities
• Assist with month-end close procedures, including AP cutoff, invoice accruals, prepaid expense identification, and accounts payable reconciliations.
• Work with a team and mentor junior staff

Systems: Sage Intacct ERP
