We are seeking an experienced Director of People Operations to lead and enhance the organization's people operations function during a period of growth and transformation. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing key human resources programs, driving operational excellence, and serving as a strategic partner to business leaders across the employee lifecycle.

- pServe as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on employee lifecycle activities, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people-related initiatives

- .Provide guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and workforce planning strategies

- pLead and oversee day-to-day people operations activities to ensure efficient and consistent delivery of HR services

- .Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
.Compensation, Payroll & Benefits Administratio
- nOversee compensation administration activities, including market analysis, salary recommendations, promotions, and compensation planning
- .Ensure accurate and compliant payroll administration processes
- .Manage employee benefits programs and vendor relationships, including open enrollment, employee support, and issue resolution
- .Monitor compensation and benefits practices to maintain competitiveness and compliance

.Qualification
- s8β12 years of progressive experience in HR business partnership, people operations, HR operations, compensation, employee relations, or related leadership roles
- .Experience supporting global or multi-location organizations
- .Strong knowledge of compensation administration, payroll operations, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance practices
- .Proven experience leading HR operations in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
- .Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing workforce data, metrics, and reporting to support business decisions
- .Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or similar systems
- .Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- .Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with executives, managers, and employees across the organization
