Accounting Coordinator / Office Manager
We’re supporting a stable company with an immediate opening for an Accounting Coordinator / Office Manager. This is a 50/50 accounting and office operations role supporting a close-knit team in a hands-on environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Accounting (AP / AR / Reconciliations)
- Full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Invoice processing, PO matching, and discrepancy resolution
- Vendor and customer aging reconciliations
- Weekly payment schedules and cash flow tracking
- Month-end close support for AP and AR
- Customer billing, statements, and collections
- Audit support and documentation coordination
Office Management / Admin
- Front office management (phones, visitors, supplies)
- Purchasing for non-production and capital expense items
- Coordinate vendors (facilities, uniforms, safety, cleaning, etc.)
- Liaise with IT vendors for equipment and systems support
- Handle vehicle registrations, insurance changes, and vendor contracts
- Support HR and General Manager as needed
What They’re Looking For
- 3 years of relevant accounting or office management experience
- Hands-on AP and AR experience
- Manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small team
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems (Syteline a plus)
