Our client is seeking an highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role will support recruitment efforts across multiple business areas.The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent across diverse markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within financial services or asset management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
