Representing a global sales and distribution organization, we are proud to be leading the search for a Senior Human Resources Director. This role will design and implement a cohesive HR strategy while strengthening talent acquisition processes across a dynamic, multi-site workforce.
$185,000-225,000
5 days on site with some flex as needed.
Requiring experience working for small to mid-size organizations (100-1,000 ees)
This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence culture, build processes, and drive performance. As the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing an HR strategy aligned with business objectives
• Leading talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top commercial talent
• Building strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Overseeing HR operations, compliance, and employee relations for a U.S.-based workforce
• Driving process improvements in onboarding and performance management
• Partnering with global teams to ensure alignment on HR practices and policies
• Managing and mentoring a small HR team to deliver high-quality support
To be successful in this role our client is looking for a:
• Experienced HR leader with 10 years in progressive HR roles, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven ability to design and implement HR strategies in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
• Strong talent acquisition expertise, with experience building scalable recruitment processes
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic and tactical priorities
• Familiarity with global HR practices is a plus, though not required
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong follow-through on initiatives
