What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Business Partner position at Frazer Jones?
We are currently partnered with a global tech company in need of a contract HR Business Partner partnering closely with the CPO over the next few months. This newly created role will provide HR support to senior leaders, support org design and transformation efforts and lead on complex employee relations cases.
This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence culture, support leadership, and help shape the people agenda during a period of transformation. As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
• Partnering with senior stakeholders, including VPs and leadership teams, to provide strategic and consultative HR support
• Leading and managing a steady volume of complex employee relations cases, including sensitive and high-risk matters
• Supporting and advising on potential litigation in partnership with internal counsel and external legal advisors
• Contributing to organizational design and restructuring initiatives in collaboration with the Chief People Officer
• Driving change management and communication plans aligned to business transformation
• Supporting performance management processes, including performance improvement plans and annual cycles
• Operating independently in an evolving environment, bringing structure, judgment, and credibility to the HR function
To be successful in this role our client is looking for a:
• Seasoned HR Business Partner with significant experience operating at a senior level
• Confident operator who can influence and challenge senior stakeholders effectively
• Professional with strong expertise in employee relations
• HR leader with experience in organizational design, restructuring, and change management
• Candidate comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a transforming business environment
• Professional with experience supporting technical or specialist workforces
• Ideally available immediately and able to commit to at least a 3-month contract
