Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Global Healthcare Investment Team

Location: New York, NY

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 base salary bonus

Tuesday-Thursday in Office


About the Role

This opportunity supports the Global Healthcare investment team; a dynamic group focused on high-stakes portfolio management and research. The environment is fast paced, intellectually rigorous, and ideal for administrative professionals who thrive on structure, discretion, and proactive support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Global Healthcare investment team.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across multiple time zones.
  • Arrange and oversee international and domestic travel for team members.
  • Maintain and follow established systems and processes set by the lead Portfolio Manager.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison with internal departments and external contacts.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Support relationship management efforts through virtual communication and follow-ups.
  • Assist with expense reporting and invoice processing.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of administrative experience.
  • Background in hedge funds or strong understanding of buy-side/sell-side investment operations.
  • Proven ability to support senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Strong calendar management and international/domestic travel coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to build relationships virtually.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Comfortable following structured systems and processes set by leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Outlook, Zoom).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be available to work on-site Tuesday–Thursday
  • Must pass a background check prior to offer.

Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
