Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Global Healthcare investment team.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across multiple time zones.
- Arrange and oversee international and domestic travel for team members.
- Maintain and follow established systems and processes set by the lead Portfolio Manager.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison with internal departments and external contacts.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Support relationship management efforts through virtual communication and follow-ups.
- Assist with expense reporting and invoice processing.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of administrative experience.
- Background in hedge funds or strong understanding of buy-side/sell-side investment operations.
- Proven ability to support senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Strong calendar management and international/domestic travel coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to build relationships virtually.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Comfortable following structured systems and processes set by leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Outlook, Zoom).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Must be available to work on-site Tuesday–Thursday
- Must pass a background check prior to offer.
