I'm delighted to share we have been appointed to partner with a leading global trading firm to support their People strategy, hiring for a Head of HR Business Partnering. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing an integrated talent strategy that drives engagement, performance, and growth across multiple regions.
The role requires in-office presence 3 days per week to support driving culture, collaboration and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership and the CHRO to align talent programs with business objectives
- Lead initiatives across onboarding, career development, succession planning, leadership development, and engagement
- Design and implement agile performance management systems focused on continuous feedback
- Embed data-driven insights into talent decisions and modernize HR processes
- Foster a high-performance culture aligned with organizational values
- Manage and develop a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring excellence and accountability

- Proven expertise operating in dynamic financial services environments
- Demonstrated success managing and developing HR Business Partners
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver strategic talent programs globally
