What are the responsibilities and job description for the Benefits Manager position at Frazer Jones?
Our client is a global consulting firm and is currently looking for a Benefits Manager for their US region, supporting employees across New York and California.
You will lead a small team and support over 1,000 employees on all Benefit related activities. Focusing on ensuring alignment on business goals, advancing processes and providing employees with a great service. You will also support on some HR Operations. Reporting to the US Head of HR you will manage all US Benefit programs including health, 401k, all leaves, compliance, vendor management and Benefit communications. We would expect you to spend about twenty percent of your time on HR Operations and responsibilities here would include supporting onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, global mobility and immigration and ad hoc HR projects.
To be successful in this position you will enjoy working in a very fast paced high energy environment and be a collaborative Benefits professional who enjoys engaging with the business. You will need Benefits experience in California and New York. Managerial experience isn’t required but is a plus. This role is based on sit in midtown Manhattan for 3 days per week.
