A growing Managed Services Provider is looking for an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join its technical team, supporting a diverse portfolio of small and mid sized businesses across the New York metropolitan area.

What You'll Do
- Manage and support Windows Server infrastructure across multiple client environments
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VMware ESXi and Hyper V environments
- Deploy and support networking infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and VLANs
- Perform end to end troubleshooting across servers, storage, networking, and cloud environments
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and system improvement projects
- Automate repetitive administrative tasks to improve operational efficiency
- Maintain security best practices, documentation, and change management processes
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
What You'll Bring
- 5 years of Windows Systems Administration experience
- 5 years supporting networking technologies within enterprise or managed services environments
- 3 years of Microsoft 365 administration
- 2 years of hands on Microsoft Azure experience
- Experience with VMware ESXi and/or Hyper V
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, NAT, ARP, VLANs, and VPNs
- Experience configuring and managing firewalls and network switches
- Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, networking, and cloud environments
- Excellent communication skills with a customer first mindset
- A proactive approach and a passion for learning new technologies
