Overview

Seeking a technology professional to support endpoint management, system administration, automation, and advanced user support in a modern enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage devices, applications, and user technology platforms
• Support identity, access, and system administration functions
• Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and improve system performance
• Automate processes, reporting, and operational tasks
• Monitor system health, security, and compliance standards
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Partner with internal teams on technology initiatives and enhancements

Requirements

• Experience supporting enterprise technology environments
• Strong troubleshooting and systems administration skills
• Experience with automation, scripting, or process improvement
• Knowledge of device management, user support, and operational best practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred

• Experience with cloud-based technologies and enterprise applications
• Exposure to security, compliance, and infrastructure support
