Development & Automation Manager (MSP) | Hybrid, Howell Township, NJ | $110k-$140k
We’re hiring a hands-on Development & Automation Manager to lead automation, systems integration, and AI-driven workflows across a fast-growing MSP environment.
You’ll own the automation roadmap, reduce manual processes, and deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency across internal operations and client environments while building and mentoring a growing team.
What you’ll do
- Lead and scale the automation function
- Build workflows, integrations, dashboards, and AI solutions
- Streamline service desk, onboarding, billing, and lifecycle processes
- Partner with teams to identify and solve operational inefficiencies
- Track impact through measurable outcomes
What you bring
- Experience in automation, DevOps, or systems integration
- Background in MSP, SaaS, or multi-client environments
- Strong Microsoft stack (M365/Azure), PowerShell, Power Platform, APIs
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Proven ability to deliver AI/automation solutions end-to-end
