A leading global professional services firm is expanding its Innovation, AI, and E-Data Consulting team to meet growing demand for technology-enabled solutions across the firm and with its clients. The team focuses on developing modern, automated workflows and intelligent applications that improve legal service delivery and operational efficiency.

This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of law, technology, and AI, partnering directly with attorneys, operations, and innovation professionals to build secure, scalable workflow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support enterprise workflows and lightweight applications for attorneys, practice groups, and clients.
• Build automation and integrations using Microsoft 365 / Power Platform and other low/no-code tools.
• Translate legal or operational requirements into secure, repeatable, and auditable workflows.
• Develop light scripts (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to enhance automation and data preparation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver technology solutions that streamline processes.
• Contribute to pilot projects exploring AI-driven tools and agentic workflows under leadership guidance.

About You

• 3–5 years of experience in legal tech, consulting, or enterprise systems development.
• Hands-on experience with low/no-code platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar tools.
• Exposure to APIs, connectors, and system integrations; comfort working with structured data.
• Familiarity with scripting or light coding (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
• Understanding of the pressures and confidentiality standards within professional services or legal environments.
