Role Description
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist for a full-time, remote position. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening our global brand presence, growing our digital community, and driving lead generation across all online channels. This role is ideal for someone who is strategic yet hands-on, able to craft compelling content, manage social platforms, and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that amplifies GIMI’s mission in innovation management worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow GIMI’s presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
- Build and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with GIMI’s strategy
- Create visually appealing designs for social media (posts, captions, short articles, newsletters, videos)
- Monitor analytics and optimize performance to increase followers, engagement, and qualified leads
- Interact with the online community, ensuring timely and professional responses to comments and messages
- Create and edit videos for such as webinar highlights, promotional clips for training programs, and event recaps, and more.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Strong proficiency in English writing and speaking
- Highly organized, creative, disciplined, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube management tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to support multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with non-profit work or innovation management is a plus
