Director of Client Services
π Remote, North America (West Coast or Central US Preferred)
π° Uncapped Profit Participation
π‘ Fully Remote
π Reporting Directly to the CEO
I'm currently working on a retained search for a highly unique leadership opportunity with a global technology services organization that is redefining how consulting is delivered.
Rather than selling hours, they deliver outcomes through automation, supporting enterprise clients across cloud transformation, application modernization, software engineering, and technology operations.
They're looking for a Director of Client Services to take ownership of an established portfolio of enterprise accounts, lead delivery, strengthen executive relationships, and drive growth through exceptional client outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
β’ Owning complex enterprise technology engagements from delivery through commercial performance
β’ Building trusted relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders
β’ Growing existing accounts through delivery excellence and strategic expansion
β’ Managing account financials, forecasting, resourcing, and commercial negotiations
β’ Leading and developing high-performing consulting and delivery teams
β’ Acting as a trusted advisor across cloud, modernization, software engineering, and technology transformation initiatives
What we're looking for:
β’ 8 years within technology consulting or professional services
β’ Strong delivery background leading complex enterprise engagements
β’ Experience growing accounts through relationships and successful delivery
β’ Broad technology exposure across cloud, software development, data, integrations, and modernization
β’ Commercially minded with experience managing account profitability and client negotiations
β’ Comfortable operating with executive stakeholders and technical teams alike
Why this opportunity stands out:
β’ Existing portfolio with established revenue and client relationships
β’ Direct access to the CEO and real influence on business direction
β’ Fully remote with significant autonomy and ownership
β’ Uncapped profit participation tied directly to portfolio growth
β’ Long-term growth potential, including a pathway toward leading North American operations
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has built a successful consulting career, has naturally developed strong client relationships along the way, and is looking for the autonomy and upside that larger consulting firms often can't offer.
