AI Platform Specialist | Boston, MA (Hybrid) | $90,000 – $115,000 bonus benefits
We are partnering with a leading global professional services firm to hire an Enterprise AI Platform Specialist to join a newly established AI-focused team within their Business Technology function.
This is a strong opportunity to work hands-on with enterprise AI platforms in a collaborative environment, supporting the rollout, optimization, and evaluation of AI tools across the organization.
The Role
As an AI Platform Specialist, you will support the day-to-day administration and performance of enterprise AI platforms, working closely with internal IT, security, legal, and learning teams.
You will play a key role in ensuring platforms are configured effectively, supporting users, testing new functionality, and contributing to the evaluation of emerging tools as the organization scales its AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise AI platforms (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude)
- Manage configuration, user access, and administrative settings
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues, liaising with vendors where required
- Monitor platform usage, adoption, licensing, and performance metrics
- Test new features and platform updates
- Support technical evaluations of new AI tools and integrations
- Maintain clear and structured documentation across platforms and processes
- Partner with IT teams on integrations, SSO, and system dependencies
- Translate platform capabilities into practical use cases and demonstrations
About You
- Approximately 2–4 years’ experience in SaaS administration, IT systems, or platform support
- Demonstrated interest in AI tools and emerging technologies
- Hands-on experience using AI platforms (professional or personal)
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset
- Clear communicator, able to explain technical topics to varied audiences
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Desirable:
- Experience supporting AI tools or emerging technology platforms
- Exposure to tool evaluation, vendor management, or implementation processes
- Familiarity working within enterprise IT environments
