What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of AI platforms (evaluation → deployment → optimisation)
- Lead technical vendor assessments, roadmap reviews, and platform strategy
- Drive adoption through demos, high-impact use cases, and training support
- Monitor usage, cost, and performance to optimise value
- Act as an escalation point for complex platform issues
- Line manage and develop an AI Platform Specialist
Must-Haves
- 5–7 years’ experience (3 in leadership) in AI platform management / deployment
- Hands-on with tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude
- Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and enterprise architecture
- Proven vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate AI capabilities into real business impact
