What You’ll Do
- Support the administration of enterprise AI platforms, including configuration, user settings, and vendor coordination
- Test and demonstrate AI tools to showcase functionality and practical use cases
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support beyond the Service Desk
- Be part of the end-to-end lifecycle of AI platforms (evaluation → deployment → optimisation)
Must-Haves
- 1-3 years of experience administering, supporting, implementing, or operating AI platforms
- Hands-on experience (or strong exposure) to AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude
- Experience supporting or evaluating technology tools (integrations, data access, security, reporting)
- Ability to test AI tools and demonstrate practical business use cases
- Understanding of AI use cases, including feasibility, impact, and adoption considerations
