Required Qualifications
- Must currently reside in the Tampa Bay area and be able to work on-site at project locations throughout the region
- 8 years of commercial construction superintendent experience
- Experience managing healthcare construction projects, including hospitals, medical offices, surgery centers, or similar healthcare facilities
- Proven success supervising field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules on commercial construction projects
- Experience coordinating multiple trades and maintaining project milestones in active construction environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety requirements, building codes, inspections, and quality control procedures
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project schedules
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or comparable construction management software
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
Preferred Qualifications
- AHCA healthcare construction experience
- Experience working in occupied healthcare environments
- Experience coordinating ICRA requirements and infection control measures
- Background overseeing projects from site mobilization through punch list and closeout
