Required Qualifications
- 8 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Experience managing healthcare construction projects, including hospitals, medical offices, surgery centers, or similar healthcare facilities
- Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously with responsibility for schedule, budget, and project delivery
- Experience overseeing subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, permitting, building codes, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or comparable construction management software
- Ability to review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
Preferred Qualifications
- AHCA healthcare construction experience
- Experience working in occupied healthcare environments
- Background managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
