What You'll Get From Us
- Earn between $50,000 - $80,000 per year
- Up to $400/month vehicle payment subsidy

- Become a brand and product expert to highlight vehicle features and options while making product recommendations
- Assist guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Perform a professional presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles tailored around your guests wants and needs
- Develop lifelong relationships with customers and earn their repeat and referral business
- Take care of fellow team members by helping them achieve success
- We have state-of-the-art technology! This includes Google Suite and video communication software that is designed to help perform your job efficiently and at a high level. The ability to be knowledgeable and savvy with these technologies is a MUST to be successful in this position.
- Enthusiastic personality with high energy, eager to meet new people and challenges
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Our training program teaches the Leta Way and sets you up for success regardless of your background.

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Possess a valid drivers license (required)
