About the Role
The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our Sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for both internal partners and external customers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
You’ll work cross-functionally to support sales operations, manage documentation, and help drive efficiency across the team.
Essential Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Review, process, and manage agreements and documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Compile and distribute reports, production data, and supporting materials
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with multiple departments to gather information and resolve issues
- Ensure timely delivery of paperwork and projects to meet business needs
- Create spreadsheets, comparisons, and supporting documents as needed
- Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Experience in sales support, sales operations, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive or F&I industry
- Prior experience in an office or customer service-focused environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly
- High level of initiative, urgency, and reliability
