What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts and accessory needs
- Locate parts from in-house inventory or external sources (vendors, other dealerships, online)
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts and accessories
- Monitor inventory levels and keep the parts warehouse clean and organized
- Coordinate parts delivery and installation when needed
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
- Stay current on vehicle models, accessories, and promotions
- Ensure parts are delivered safely, accurately, and on time
- Support team operations and take on additional duties as needed
- Previous dealership or automotive experience required
- Strong customer service mindset with a friendly, professional attitude
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Solid computer and internet skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
