Location:Ft. Meade, MD- Hybrid Clearance: Secret

Foxhole Technology is looking to add a System Administrator to our team. The right candidate for the job will have a bachelor’s degree and 8 years of progressive systems experience. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with the DoD supporting multiple cybersecurity systems within integrated lab/productions environments comprised of multiple systems on various platforms.  You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration and maintenance for these new networks. You will assist the security team in ensuring the networks are compliant with DoD requirements. 

Job Description

• Demonstrated Linux and Windows administration experience.
• Provide proactive diagnostic insight into health of operational environments.
• Prepares and maintains technical documentation to assist with operation, maintenance, and development of the solution set.
• Support VMware environments in an integrated lab environment and production on both NIPR and SIPR
• Plan and execute upgrades, installations, monitoring and management tools, security practices and overall support architecture.
• Ensures the successful installation, integration, and deployment of virtualized environment solutions across enterprise-level non-production environments.
• Experience providing VMWare System Administration support in a large-scale virtualized VMWare infrastructure environment.
• Understanding of VMware Networking concepts like creation of Vswitches, different types of port groups, NIC Teaming and VLAN Problem management on VMware ESX 3.X and Virtual Center and motion.

Minimum Requirements

• 8 year’s of progressive administration/IT experience within Linux and Windows environments. 
• 2 years VMWare experience
• Self-motivated and works well independently
• Secret clearance 
• Bachelors degree in related technology field
• DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II certification, including Security

#MON At Foxhole Technology, we are committed to pay transparency as required by law, for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $105,000-$115,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors as permitted by law.
