We are currently in search of an experienced Software developer with at least 12 years experience building web applications using object-oriented programming languages. The successful candidate will create and maintain software in support of automating Enterprise Cybersecurity missions. The successful candidate will also help to develop critical products for our customers, and offer excellent technical support. The right candidate will be responsible for

• Provide leadership in shaping architecture decisions and setting the best technical direction for complex enterprise environments.
• Guide the adoption of modern engineering practices, frameworks, and tools to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance business needs with technical feasibility, aligning project outcomes with organizational strategy.
• Mentor and coach team members to build technical depth and foster professional growth.
• Develop and implement a new software program to perform real-time data ingest, processing and transfer across multiple systems.
• Developing, evolving, and planning queries and stored procedures to analyze and expose data to users
• Preparing and installing solutions by determining and designing the system specifications and standards in conjunction with other team members.
• Developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
• Developing software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle
• Allocate work to team members subordinate to the lead
• Hold team members accountable for the workload assigned to be on time and to not require rework
• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
• Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization
• Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary
• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in related technology field
• 12 years’ experience in a software development role
• Supervised a development team of at least 6 team members for 3 years
• Demonstrated knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns in C#
• Demonstrated experience with relational databases and SQL (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
• Demonstrated understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business
• Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
• Strong attention to detail
• DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II certification, including Security
  
  
  

At Foxhole Technology, we are committed to pay transparency as required by law, for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $145,000-$155,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors as permitted by law.
