Position Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing approved informational and public relations materials.
- Support promotional events, presentations, and public engagement activities.
- Communicate company services and initiatives to customers and other audiences.
- Help maintain consistent messaging across customer-facing activities.
- Welcome attendees and respond to general questions during events.
- Coordinate with team members to organize outreach materials and schedules.
- Maintain records and resources related to public relations activities.
- Collect audience feedback and share observations with the appropriate team.
