Position Summary
Harvest Advertising Inc. is seeking a dependable Logistics Assistant to help coordinate materials, track supplies, and support the movement and organization of resources for company operations and promotional activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates well with colleagues, and can manage practical tasks while following established procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing and coordinating the movement of materials and supplies.
- Help prepare materials for scheduled events, promotional activities, and internal needs.
- Track inventory and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged items.
- Maintain accurate records of supplies received, stored, and distributed.
- Coordinate with team members to confirm material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Organize storage areas to keep items accessible and properly labeled.
- Assist with receiving, sorting, packing, and preparing materials for transport.
- Monitor assigned tasks and communicate progress or delays to the appropriate team member.
- Help ensure materials are ready for scheduled activities.
- Follow company procedures and applicable safety guidelines when handling supplies and equipment.
