Position Summary

Responsibilities
- Help prepare event spaces by arranging displays, signage, tables, and promotional materials.
- Welcome attendees and provide information about event activities.
- Distribute informational materials and answer general questions.
- Support promotional presentations and customer engagement activities.
- Maintain clean, organized, and presentable event areas.
- Coordinate with team members to complete assigned tasks on schedule.
- Monitor event supplies and notify supervisors of additional needs.
- Assist with packing materials, dismantling displays, and restoring event spaces after activities.
- Follow event instructions and established safety procedures.
