Key Responsibilities
Sales & Service Excellence
- Lead by example on the sales floor, actively engaging with clients
- Deliver exceptional service and exceed client experience goals
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to identify trends
- Develop action plans and communicate strategies aligned with sales and profitability goals
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, creative, and operations teams
Client Development
- Foster a client-first environment, prioritizing satisfaction and relationship-building
- Implement and lead CRM initiatives to retain and grow high-value clients
- Collaborate with the team to set and achieve client acquisition and retention goals
- Capture meaningful client data to personalize outreach and future engagement
Operational Leadership
- Oversee all store operations, adhering to policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Maintain visual merchandising standards consistently
- Manage inventory to align with sales goals and new product launches
- Oversee budgeting, expense control, reporting, scheduling, and payroll
- Ensure compliance with cash handling, register procedures, and brand standards
Talent Management & Development
- Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team
- Build a strong talent pipeline through coaching and mentorship
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear goals
- Partner with HQ on employee relations to maintain a positive, inclusive work environment
Qualifications & Attributes
- Minimum of 7 years of retail sales management experience; bachelor’s degree preferred

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
