What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Graphic Designer position at Fourth Floor?
Our client is a fast-growing, fun-loving, infant toddler apparel brand with a collaborative, creative culture. We are searching for an inspired, talented Graphic Designer who specializes in Digital, Print, Web and Packaging Design to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Ideate, Design and produce artwork for web, email, paid and organic social collateral
- Creative Design of branding and packaging materials as well as in-store visuals and mailers
- Work cross functionally with eCommerce team, marketing, etc. to ensure brand alignment and compelling messaging
- Creation of original assets from photography, video, Ad Copy, and so on. with the occasional management of freelancers and outside agency for execution
- Utilize UX principals to elevate web design
- Ideate and execute creative A/B testing to evaluate and improve design strategies
- Utilize Figma to design and create various projects
Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant experience in the apparel industry
- Proficient in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc) and Figma
- Strong Portfolio of work and a FUN, innovate aesthetic
- Must be highly organized, motivated, proactive and a team player
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in multiple areas of development
Salary: $65,000-$80,000 commensurate with experience
