Compensation: $25–$28/hour Commission

Position Overview:
As a Client Advisor, you will serve as a trusted ambassador for the brand. Your role will focus on creating and nurturing authentic, one-on-one relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients through a blend of storytelling, emotional intelligence, and curated service.
You’ll guide clients through exceptional product experiences while delivering the type of hospitality and discretion that defines world-class service. Whether in-store or at exclusive events, your ability to anticipate needs, personalize engagement, and offer elevated care will set you apart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver white-glove service that exceeds expectations and reflects the brand’s global prestige.
- Build and sustain deep client relationships through proactive communication, curated outreach, and tailored experiences.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets while aligning with broader boutique goals.
- Act as a brand storyteller, articulating heritage, craftsmanship, and innovation with grace and authenticity.
- Represent the boutique at VIP events, private client appointments, and cultural activations, both on-site and offsite.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date client profiles using CRM tools to drive personalization.
- Anticipate and resolve client needs or concerns with discretion, empathy, and solution-oriented thinking.
- Ensure visual standards, presentation, and boutique ambiance reflect the luxury retail environment.
- Partner with management on boutique initiatives, inventory priorities, and client development efforts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Background in luxury retail, hospitality, high-end automotive, private client services, or similar fields.
- Passion for delivering elevated, human-centered experiences.
- Poised and articulate with exceptional emotional intelligence and discretion.
- Strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of client-centric relationship building.
- Comfortable working with VIP and UHNW clientele across diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Highly organized, proactive, and goal-driven with a sharp eye for detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems; a second language is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and attend client events as needed.
