Our client, an apparel manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Manager to join their team in Secaucus, NJ!
Responsibilities:
- Manage factory communication and negotiations
- Manage WIP reports
- Maintain T&A
- Costing
- Attend fittings
- Setup and maintain cost sheets
- Develop and maintain production calendar to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure quality control
- Create and send out purchase orders
- Track and receive shipments
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years' experience in production
- Strong knowledge in wholesale apparel
- Highly detail-oriented
- Impeccable time management skills with great sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-pace environment
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Bachelors in related field
