Pop-Up Retail Associate - Boston, MA

Our client, a Sportswear Brand, is seeking a Pop-Up Sales Associate to join their team ASAP through end of July.

Pay is DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Provide a high level of customer service and create a welcoming store environment

Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases

Sales Support:

Support the team in achieving sales targets and store KPIs

Maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively

Store Operations:

Assist with daily store tasks including opening/closing duties

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards

Inventory Management:

Support stock control, replenishment, and deliveries

Assist with stock takes and ensure accurate product handling

Teamwork:

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Support supervisors and managers as needed

About you:

Passionate about soccer, with an interest in classic and authentic shirts

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Customer-focused with a positive attitude

Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential
