Our client, a global entertainment platform, is looking for a Pop-Up Event General Manager to assist their team on-site in San Diego for their exciting retail pop-up on 7/14 – 9/8!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for escalated guest concerns and operational issues.
- Conducting briefings and communicating updates from management to team.
- Monitoring pop-up and proactively identify issues or inefficiencies.
- Coordinating employee breaks and providing coverage where needed.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and mentoring new team members.
- Complete incident reports and provide feedback to management.
- Develop a process for a smooth daily run of the experience as well as the continuous maintenance of the experience standards.
Qualifications:
- Prior leadership experience in retail or hospitality.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
