- Conceptualize specific packaging presentation
- Understand retail landscape
- Identify new trends in the industry
- Work with sourcing and merchandising teams
- Communicate daily with overseas partners
- Manage a team of designers
Qualifications
- Advanced in packaging design
- Managerial experience
- Strong communication skills
- Previous home experience preferred
Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000k
