Our client is seeking an Inventory & Order Fulfillment Associate to join their team on a contract basis in their warehouse in Queens, NY!
Responsibilities:
- Perform picking, packing, goods issue and invoicing in SAP to fulfil both the retail and the wholesale account needs with accuracy and speed.
- Participate in quarterly inventory taking for both stock and consignment pieces.
- Maintaining and organizing of the Jewelry and Watches in vault and responsible for posting the “goods receipt” on all import merchandise in the ALC.
- Weekly product replenishment for stores along with invoicing for Wholesale (US & Canada).
- Manage Central Buy Back for Jewelry, Watches, and Accessories.
- Process and perform credit returns for Wholesale Clients with communications to account managers.
- Creating Purchase orders in Ivalua to pay vendor Invoices for both International and Domestic Billing.
- Support all inter-company transfers between U.S, Canada, and LATAM.
- Responsible to keep records of all import documents and commercial invoices for 5 years in digital format.
- Responsible for posting the ‘goods receipt’ on all ATA Carnet and consignment imports, transferring to stores and procuring the goods receipt for consignment sales. Provide accounting with copies of the good-receipted invoices.
- Support consignment orders in SAP to manage the stock transfers for wholesale, PR and marketing events.
Requirements:
- Strong computer knowledge- SAP, Microsoft Excel
- 1 to 2 Years Logistics experience
- Excellent administrative and organization skills
- Understanding of logistic procedures and guidelines
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Team Player
