If you are a skilled, detail-oriented HVAC professional specializing in system diagnosis and repair, and are looking for a long-term career with excellent benefits, we want to hear from you.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential HVAC Installer to manage the complete installation and change-out of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential properties. This role requires expertise in reading blueprints, performing system startup, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to safe, high-quality work according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.Key Responsibilities and DutiesSystem Installation: Perform complete residential HVAC system installations and change-outs, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, coils, and duct modifications.Blueprint & Design Execution: Read, interpret, and accurately execute installation plans, schematics, and job specifications to ensure proper sizing, venting, and placement.Refrigerant & Line Set Work: Properly evacuate, pressure-test, and charge refrigerant into new systems, ensuring leak-free connections and adherence to EPA regulations.Electrical & Mechanical Connections: Install, connect, and safely wire HVAC units, thermostats (including smart/communicating models), and related electrical components.Quality Assurance & Startup: Complete system start-up, commissioning, testing, and balancing to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and customer comfort before project close-out.Compliance: Strictly adhere to all relevant local, state, and national building codes, regulations, and safety standards (OSHA, EPA).Customer Experience: Professionally communicate the scope of work, timeline, and demonstrate the operation of the new system to the homeowner.
